Admittedly, I’m a big Sherlock fan but I decided to give the trailer for CBS’ Elementary a go (because, hey, you can’t get enough intricate mysteries) and it is fucking terrible.
The actors’ and writers discussing the show seem both idiotic and not at all concerned with the ‘idea’ of Sherlock Holmes as per Conan Doyle’s work. The clips from the show were woeful in comparison to the stunning dialogue and visuals of Moffat and Gatiss’ original.
GAH. This just all seems very silly.
That’s so awesome.
